DRAIN AWAY™ Highway Edge Drain (One Sided Core) is a prefabricated geo-composite drain consisting of a formed polystyrene core enveloped with a non-woven, needle punched polypropylene filter fabric. The Fabric permits ground water to permeate, yet prevents the adjacent soil from washing through the core.

Best for use in:
Roadway Edge Drain, Airport runways, or wherever water requires drainage from surface and subsurface areas requiring high compression strength and high flow capacity.
